Who we are.

Welcome to Whangarei’s best venue for family friendly entertainment!

Ownership has recently changed, have you visited lately? We look forward to welcoming you for the first time, or sharing a warm hello to our valued regulars. We’ve introduced some fantastic new changes at the centre, including a fresh new name. One thing we haven’t changed is the price – we’ve kept things affordable because we want you to visit time and time again!

 First established in 2007, the Actionzone is the only fully integrated entertainment facility in the Northland region, offering tenpin bowling, laser tag and arcade games under the one roof.

 We’ve kept all of your favourites, just made things better! For us, it’s all about bringing people together. Our friendly team want you to have the best time possible with your mates, family, school group, colleagues, sports team or bowling league.

 Working up a thirst, or need a little extra strength for the activities ahead? Refuel at our café and bar. We’ve been adding some tasty new things to the menu too, so don’t forget to check us out.
